Do you believe in God?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 28, 2007:
I believe that there is an intelligent Creator that intricately designed everything in the universe including the universe itself. Men were created somehow, and as God says, we are created after His similitude, thus having a form of godliness within us - these are traits which we can see clear in mankind's own creative intuition. Just like god created all things, we as man have the same mind to want to create. Just as the God of creation is intelligent enough to intricately form our body (organs and all), so we as man have intelligence and seek to do things in a new and unique way..
From the creation perspective, I believe that there is a God that search the void, and separated light from darkness. I believe that He did everything and all that He says is true. I believe in His Love, and that it's the only way you can attain or learn how to truly love, which is, to take after His example. The so-called gods of this world have yet to do anything for me personally except lead me into more darkness (resentment, stubbornness, impatience, idolatry and the list goes on), but the God of all creation teaches meekness, charity, peace, long-suffering, patience, kindness and everything good.. Searching after the true and living God has led me to abandon the other gods i once served.. now i call unto Jesus.

Wanted to answer this question and invite you to be friends, but the browser screen has been on my computer all weekend and I did not get around to writing. This morning, I thought, Let me invite him as a friend first and then we can discuss whether, or not I believe in God later.
And I do not use the G-word lightly. I do however, use the friend-word lightly and work hard to give it meaning: So … Do ya wanna be friends?
More ASAP.
I welcome your insight and inquires. I’m here to learn about you all too.
